This is gross. and a question about something down "there" on the backside.?

ohkay, so ive always had a small hemroid . i dont think it grew much but all of a sudden , i notice i cant take a c*** without like kinda pushing but even while strainging nothing comes out. i havent gone for about 5 days. i dont know what to do. any advice? thanks
