Prevent Dry Lips & Dry Throat When Running?

i do track also and this happens to me to!!!! what i do 4 the stomach pain is not eat any junk (cake ice cream, burgers and other heavy stuff) at least 24 hours b4 i run and NEVER eat ANYTHING more than like 2-3 hrs b4 u run because when u run all the muscles in the stomach stop and so does digestion soooo try to run on an empty stomach.for the dry throat i just swish my mouth with water and spit it out just to get it a little moist but dont drink water during practice cuz it will give u SUPER BAD cramps.......good luck :)
