Japan's nuclear power plants to meltdown?

The plants aren't being allowed to meltdown. The damage from the earthquake damage the cooling system, but Japanese engineers are working diligently to restore the cooling and bring the situation under control. You can be sure the plenty is being done on site to fix this situation, and I am sure the Japanese will reach out to nuclear engineers in other countries if they need istance.
