I need help real bad?

It could be a sore. If you keep blood or pee on an area for the span of afew hours it could irritate the skin and cause a sore. It would look slightly like a pimple but it would not stick out as much as a white head. If It persists for more than a week or if it it causing you alot of pain, I would highly recommend seeing a doctor. Telling your parents is not that bad and I have had a doctor look there... they do not seem to care in the least. Niether will your parents because, after all, you came out of your mom's .
