Aids and a possible cure...?

Ok I read that recently they have found out exactly what it is in bleach that kills aids. Its an acid called hypochlorous acid it makes all of the germs clump together and get really hot kinda the way fever kills off bacteria. So my question is why can't they figure out a way to take this acid and make it so that it is ingestable by humans? I know that bleach in itself if ingested by humans will cause death. However, I kinda look at like, they now use radiation to treat cancer in humans, even though it is still toxic in large does. In small doses though it kills off the cancerous cells. We all know that bleach will kill the aids virus, why can't they figure out something similar with bleach. Is it because no one has tried it before or maybe its just a new concept and they really haven't had the time to figure it out? Sometimes I have to wonder if the answer to the aids epidemic isn't right under our noses, and maybe we are just looking at it to deeply.
