Good party planners, I NEED your help!! ?

This friday I want to invite people over to my lake house, have a bonfire night. BUT the group will be relatively small and a lot of the people won't know each other. This, I'm kind of weary about, I want everyone to have a good time. Any suggestions? Any ideas of what to do?
