Do you realize that the islamic regime in Iran is USAs fault?

USA supported an undemocratic monarchy in Iran, the reign of Shah Reza Pahlavi, for decades, kind of like it supports the monarchy in Saudi Arabia now. The regime was very harsh on people - it was a real monarchy, not like the british one, but feudal monarchy. Then there was an attempt to overthrow the Shah and install democracy in the 1950s, a movement led by Mohamed Mossadeq. But the CIA ruined that attempt because Pahlavi was their friend, even though he was not democratic at all. He was far worse than the regime in Iran today. So no surprise there was another revolution against this artificially supported regime - in the 1970s, and this one succeeded, but it was islamic revolution. Where democrats were stopped by USA, islamists succeeded. And given the support of USA for the harsh regime of the shah in the past, no surprise they hate USA quite a lot. Do you see what your policy of interventionism, Big Stick or whatever you call it brings?
