A few questions about vegetarianism?

1. No. Unless you eat pastries or processed bread. Besides you don't eat mostly breads You can have nuts, dairy/eggs (if your lacto-ovo vegetarian) and other things. But being a vegetarian doesn't mean "now I can eat all the sweets I want" you can always get fat from sweets! 2. If your a vegetarian you wouldn't eat meat unless your a semi-vegetarian. If your concerned than get some fiber in your diet. 3. Iron and b12 are abundant in eggs, fish and milk. If you don't eat those than take a supplement. 4. I usually get vegie burgers, salads, pastas ect. You can purchase a vegetarian magazine (always helpful. Also if you didn't know about the diffrent types of vegetarians you might want to find which one you want to be and then find a good diet plan online and with your doctor. Hope this helped!
