Are Non-Practicing Muslims considered to be?

Salam Alaikum. We let Allah SWT be the judge of who is a true Muslim and who isn't, for Allah SWT knows this best. Those Muslims who do not care about how much they are sinning are being hypocritical according to their own beliefs. Indeed we are all born Muslims, but there are still people who are able to be led astray from the clear path. It is hypocrisy to claim to be a Muslim whilst ignoring all it's requirements and commands. The very definition of a Muslim is to submit your will to Allah SWT. When doing so, that means you are fully worshipping Him. How do you worship someone as you ignore what He has told you? And about Christians and Jews - well, they are non-Muslims, and even though they have been born Muslims, they were taught different beliefs as they grew up. They do not adhere to the teachings of Islam nor call themselves Muslims, so they are not Muslims. Allah SWT alone knows who is the actual Muslim and who isn't, and His judgement with us all will be just. Salam Alaikum :)
