Do these symptoms indicate bronchitis?

I had bronchitis and asthma all my life(I'm 47) and it sounds exactly the way you describe it except that I don't have a break during the day. I usually feel better after I spit it in the morning(sorry for the word spit but I'm French and can't think about another word)but I never feel good until I get some medications and some rest. I don't like to overuse the antibiotics but they're there for such a case and I suggest that you see a doctor before it gets worst. I once waited and three weeks later I was just feeling worst. I finally went to the emergency and had to be off work for one week. They might just give you a syrup. There's one that the doctor prescribes for me(it might not be good for you if you have other conditions though), the name is Dimetane Expectorant-C, it's quite expensive, around $50.00 for 350ml in Canada and it can only be obtained with a prescription. It makes you drowsy but it works wonders.
