Rare case of ecoli, please help!?

I have an ecoli infection mostly on my face and neck and tered on the rest of my body. It took 2 cultures to identify it. I'm pretty sure I got it from my 4 year old, but who knows. I am on my 4th antibiotic which is 800 MG/day for 30 days. It seems to get a little better with each antibiotic and then reappears after about a week off of the antibiotic. I've tried aloe, tea tree, Bactriban, and another topical antibiotic that starts with Chlor something. I have had it for 3 months and my last culture about a month ago showed new growth. I am still developing new sores which literally each the surface of my skin away and then spread rapidly to the area surrounding them. It is embarring, painful and itchy. I thought about trying a tanning bed and thought it might kill it, kinda like cooking meat kills ecoli in food. Can somebody please help?
