Is My Yu-gi-oh Deck Good Enough to enter a tournament? or at least win duels?

Okay, first off you need to think of a type of deck you want (Water, Dragon, Black wing, Machine). Like me I chose a water deck. Then you get cards that fit the type or attribute you picked. I would say buy a structure deck. Those have many cards you need in the type of deck you want. If you want to build a machine deck then buy either machina mayhem or machine revolt. Wikipedia also has a lot of information and strategies that you can use (honestly your deck is terrible and I don't know what you strategy is). Type the type of deck in that you want to make on the Google search bar then click on the wiki website. Over time you will become more aware of good strategies and will be able to make good decisions of what to put in and take out of your deck. I hope this helps you in the future and remember building a deck is like building a puzzle. You have to put the pieces together. Every piece should be in there for a reason you just have to know why.
