Help wish psp-psx Final fantasy 8 on psp?

i recently downloaded final fantasy 8 on my psp and the eboot works until a certain point. after i hit new game, the intro video should play, but it doesn't. instead, the game freezes. i have read of popsloader but i dont know how to use it, because when i choose a version, that freezes my psp as well. I am currently using CW 3.90 m33-3. please help asap
