Who is your favorite villain, bad guy, antagonist, etc... from a movie?

My favorite would be Daniel Day Lewis as Bill the Butcher from Gangs of New York - just because he's so maniacal and calm at the same time (though I don't share his views as I am part Irish) - how about you? Also, you can't say Heath Ledger as The Joker - because that's like a given (he did a phenomenal job!)
