Which breathing sounds might change in a patient who has pneumonia? Bronchitis? Why?

A definite wheezing sound would be heard. It sounds as though the airway is made up of wires that all make noise at the same time. You can hear it in the back of the person, and in the chest of the person. Difficulty in breathing, period, is noted.
