What's that song on that Lincoln commercial?

I think it's a Lincoln commercial, but i'm sure it's some car commercial. I think it comes on CNN or MSNBC or FOXNEWS. There's a lady singing. She says, "Ground control to Major Tom, commencing countdown in just one(or something like that)." Then I forgot what's between that but then she says, "And may God's love be with you." I can't really explain what her voice sounds like. I guess sort of a soft grungy tone, if that's possible. I just want to know who sings it so I could listen to it. It's been in my head for a while now.
