What should I do with my 89 Daytona?

I am 17 and just bought an 89 Dodge Daytona. Its in pretty good shape for a 20 year old car. Some rust around the rear wheel wells and needs paint pretty bad (somebody took red spray paint to some spots. I need to know how much a paint job will cost, I also wnat to know what I should do with her. She's got a shelby turbo II engine but the previous owner but in an even bigger turbo so the engines good. I was thinking bolt on roll cage and take her to the track? What would you do?
