Symptoms of Miscarriage .. PLEASE HELP?

I've honestly never heard of that happening, and the fact that you have a copper coil in place could mean that this is a serious issue. You shouldn't be getting painful cramping during pregnancy; typically it's a sign of miscarriage (mine during my pregnancy are uncomfortable but not unbearable). Please get it checked out ASAP. Just because the feeling's gone away doesn't mean that there isn't something wrong.
