How do protein synthesis work?

Er, naw, doesn't work like that at all. Nobody can predict how much muscle tissue you'll put on or anything. People are all unique individuals who recover from exercise at different rates, grow at different rates, put on muscle at different rates etc. Anothr thing you should realise is that having big muscles doesn't necessarily mean you are strong. It all depends on how densely packed the actual muscle tissue is.
