Emachine Desktop T3308 has a green haze on monitor. Tried another monitor and changed pwr cord please help?

Sounds like the onboard GPU may be going bad. You can byp that by installing a Graphics Card which will have its own GPU. ON top fo that it will help your computer perform better.
