Does anyone know of an old arcade game where you play as a futuristic cop chasing enemies on a motorcycle?

At the start of the level you have to kill some of his minions by ramming into them with your bike. Then the main boss will appear and he is mainly on a tank and hurling projectiles at you. You have to ram till his tank is obviously totalled then you win the level. If you lose, your character will grow smaller and smaller on the countdown screen.
