Could I be bleeding internally?

Yesterday I fell to the floor in my bathroom, I hit pretty hard my like my right hip or the upper part of my femur.. I don't believe I broke it cause I can still walk, but I was wondering if it could be bleeding cause today I've been felling very weak and tired... Any ideas?
